Hello and welcome to checkthemike dot com. My name is Mike Santiago, and I am the founder of CTM. On this site, you can learn more about me and what I love to do, which is helping churches create atmosphere, find identity, and initiate momentum to reach nonbelievers. You can also check out the blog section where I post thoughts, pictures and videos. After connecting with pastors and ministries from around the world, I have seen a great need for churches to create healthy environments that enable rapid growth. I have a burden for churches who lack vision and image. I enjoy helping church leaders instigate the momentum needed to catalyst church growth. I do not wish to present “The Seven How-Tos to Church Success”, nor do I wish to share a cookie-cutter plan with every church that I meet with. Instead, my goal is to get to know you as a body of God’s people and help you expand your ministry outreach by attacking three key areas. After observing hundreds of different church environments, the conclusion I have come to is this: every church can change three things in order to reach lost people: atmosphere, identity and momentum.
